Your logo instead of ours in the report header (PDF + email). Custom domain (analytics.your-agency.com) — the client never sees clarity-insights. Footer: "Powered by [Your agency]" or nothing, your call. No extra fee.
Yes. Clarity alone is enough for friction hotspots, rage clicks, dead clicks, scroll depth, funnel analysis. GA4 adds the revenue context (revenue at risk per problem) — but it's not a blocker. The revenue section just won't appear in the report if GA4 is missing.
We invoice you (one consolidated invoice per month, EU/US/PL VAT). You invoice clients according to your own policy — as part of the retainer, as a separate line item, as an add-on. End client pricing is up to you. NDA signed on request before the pilot.
Read-only, no writes. GA4 — Service Account with viewer access. Clarity — read-only API token. Client can revoke access any time. Data stored on EU infrastructure (Supabase Frankfurt). We never export client recordings outside our system.
No. We work with any stack that has Microsoft Clarity installed — Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, custom builds. GA4 connects everywhere as standard. If the client doesn't have Clarity yet — install takes 2 min, instructions in the docs.
You run tests in the client's tool (VWO, Convert, GrowthBook, custom snippet). We deliver the hypothesis with full justification (which Clarity sessions, which GA4 segments) + PIE scoring. The next report comes back with test results — uplift, sample size, statistics. Outcome → next test loop, not a one-off brainstorm.
There isn't one. The pilot runs for 4 weeks on 1 client of your choosing. You get 4 weekly white-labeled reports and can hand them off to the client under your brand. After 4 weeks you decide whether to convert to a paid subscription or not. No credit card upfront. My incentive is to prove value, not to monetize free trials.
